The pastry founded by Cav. Francesco Condorelli under the mount Etna in 1933 has gradually enlarged until the existing Confectionery Industry Belpasso. Our industry covers an area of 42,000mq. Thanks to the work of 49 employees (+40 seasonal) and three area managers, we make more than 160 "local specialties" for special occasions and also for everyday use. Every day we search and select the best raw materials of the territory, as the Sicilian Almond, Pistachio of Bronte d.o.p. and the honey of Zafferana. Thanks to our highly productive techniques related to artisan tradition, we can produce up to 15 thousand kilograms of Torroncini in a day. We are leader in the market of Almond Milk, we produce fine pastries and we have a line of typical Sicilian chocolate products (as candied orange peels coated with dark chocolate or white chocolate with Pistachio of Bronte). On the Italian territory we have 82 sales agents which reach the most GDO channels and Ho.Re.Ca.
